The Isle of Wight Construction Training Group (IWCTG) is an employer-led organisation dedicated to supporting companies across all sectors of the built environment on the Isle of Wight. We were approached on LinkedIn by Michelle, the training group manager, to discuss a new website. this conversation naturally evolved into a rebrand and training course partnership.

The Isle of Wight Construction Training Group (IWCTG) is a forward-thinking, employer-led organisation committed to supporting businesses across every sector of the built environment on the Isle of Wight. Our relationship with IWCTG began with a simple conversation on LinkedIn. Michelle, the Training Group Manager, reached out to discuss the possibility of developing a new website. However, as the conversation progressed, it quickly became clear that there was an opportunity for a more comprehensive brand transformation — one that would not only modernise their online presence but also strengthen their position as a trusted training provider in the construction industry.

The initial goal was to create a new website that would serve as a professional, user-friendly hub for IWCTG’s members and stakeholders. New Colour Palette – A modern and sophisticated colour scheme that represents strength and reliability.
Typography Update – Introducing a bold and contemporary typeface to improve legibility and create a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.

With the refreshed brand identity in place, we turned our attention to the website. Our goal was to create a site that would be:
